We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Nursing team in Caerphilly. You will be running a busy NHS nursing desk placing Nurses and Support staff in South Wales hospitals.
The desk is already established and offers a fantastic opportunity for someone come in and establish a successful career as a specialist recruitment consultant.
Vetro Recruitment began trading in 2015 we have seen demand for our services increase rapidly. This has led to the company growing to 18 full-time employees, 3 specialist divisions and now a new Liverpool and Southampton office.
We will consider both experienced consultants, people with a sales or care background.
RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT POSITIONS AVAILABLE!
- £17k - £24k basic + uncapped commission scheme
Duties will include:
- Attracting Nurses and support staff to work in the South Wales NHS hospitals
- Advertising on job boards, social media and our website.
- Interviewing candidates.
- Filling bookings and arranging candidate interviews with clients.
- Carrying out industry-specific compliance checks.
Person required:
- Some form of sales experience (telesales or face to face sales).
- Knowledge of the care or nursing sector desirable.
- Ambitious to fast-track a career with a young, rapidly growing company with lots of opportunities.
- Team Player.
Benefits:
- £17,000 - £24,000 annual salary.
