Fast Growth 50 Winners
As you can see, 2019 has been a year of continued growth for Vetro Recruitment and it hasn’t gone unnoticed. Our September nomination as a finalist in the prestigious Fast Growth 50 awards came to fruition with Vetro Recruitment winning the award for the Fastest Growing Business in Financial and Professional Services.
Being announced as one of the fastest-growing businesses in Wales was an incredible achievement that our whole team are proud of. We acknowledge that the FG50 award would not have been possible without the long term and continued support of our clients and candidates and for that, we are so very thankful.

We moved into two new offices
In September 2019 the Vetro team moved into their newest office, a 3500sq ft office based in the heart of Caerphilly. This office supports an ambitious growth plan and can accommodate up to 40 staff. The new office tripled our current interviewing capacity with six brand new interview rooms and a large training room which hosts our training sessions and group interview days. We are even able to offer our clients the ability to utilise these rooms for their interviewing needs.
Alongside this, our Southampton team moved into their new office space located in Fareham. This brand new office space celebrates the growth of the Southampton team and their own ambitious plans.

The nursing team got a promotion
Alongside our overall team growth, we’ve also seen some of our seasoned consultants achieve promotions. Our now senior nursing recruitment consultant (Ethan Shide) has been promoted for his continued hard work and incredible results. Recognising achievements and celebrating this is at the heart of our ethos here at Vetro and Ethan’s promotion was well deserved.
The education team won our NPS accolade

This accolade enables schools and education providers to be confident that they are using an accredited supplier, independently verified, putting high standards at the centre of their business.
We fundraised for BulliesOut

Our team have taken on sponsored fasts (24 hours without food), a sponsored swear jar, organised bake sales, organised quiz nights, competed in static bike ride competitions, walked pen-y-fan five times in one day and have been to supermarkets collecting from the more than generous public.
