I have gained 16 years experience of supporting clients and candidates in the Health, Social Care, and Education sectors. Recruiting the leading talent in these fields is very challenging, but the reward of supporting people find their ideal jobs and fulfil their career ambitions, and working in partnership with clients to overcome their recruitment challenges, make it all worthwhile.
Vetro Recruitment was founded by Alun and I and is built on the foundations of providing a clear and transparent recruitment process to the sectors we work in. We seek to mirror the goals and ambitions of both our clients and candidates through open communication, honesty, integrity and the formation of strong relationships built on trust.
All our recruitment consultants come from a Care, Nursing or Education background. This enables us to truly understand our clients needs and match the right support workers, nurses, teachers and education staff based on their skills, experience and personalities.
