I work in the Primary education sector providing teachers and support staff to schools across South Wales.

My goal is simple: finding the education professionals that I support the roles they are truly passionate about. In my experience, people who enjoy their job, do it better and will deliver their best to the schools and most importantly the children they work with.

I pride myself on honesty and transparency when working with your schools, becoming an extended resource to your team, taking away the pressure of staffing and leaving you to do what you do best.

Having firsthand experience within the primary education sector as well as having friends who are currently working in schools across South Wales allows me an insight into what challenges both education professionals and schools face and how I can best assist them with these.

When I am not at work, I can be found outdoors hiking around the beautiful Welsh countryside or on those rainy days indoors listening to a podcast or two!
