​Hi, I’m Dana and I am a Key Account Recruitment Consultant specialising in the provision of temporary and contract Support workers into Residential children's homes across South Wales. 

Prior to Vetro, I had a background in both hospitality and employment support, both of which are fast-paced, people-centric roles. I chose to join Vetro not because my background was a great fit for the role but also because the company's values matched mine. After meeting with Vetro, I knew this was the right job for me.

I believe in empathy and inputting myself in someone else’s shoes, therefore respect, trust and understanding are part of my core values. Recruiting within care I believe these values are fundamental to providing a quality service.

In my spare time, I love watching series, going for wood walks with the family, spending time in the garden and doing DIY projects.
