Why we do it
Working in the Health, Social Care, Education and Social Work sectors we understand that giving back to the community and social services should be an integral part of every business. We see the valuable work done every day by charities, not-for-profit and private and voluntary organisations across the country and we will do all we can to support them.
Although we cannot support all these great causes we have been a dedicated corporate partner of our chosen charity BulliesOut for 8 years. Bullying has a huge impact on both children's and adults' physical and mental well-being. Bullying behaviour affects 1.5 million children and young people every year. Being bullied is something that no one should have to go through.
Through innovative, interactive workshops and training programmes, BulliesOut uses experience, energy, and passion to focus on awareness, prevention, building empathy, and positive peer relationships all of which are crucial in creating a nurturing environment in which people can thrive.

- Cardiff 10k
- Cardiff Half Marathon
- 1500 miles walked/run/cycle by the team in a month
- We went up and down Pen Y Fan Mountain 5 times in a day
- Multiple office bake sales
- Hosted a Curry and quiz nights
- Bucket collections at local supermarkets and events
- Ross even ate an entire out-of-date Cheesecake

Caerphilly Rugby Club
With our Head Office based in Caerphilly, we are proud to be an Official Sponsor for Caerphilly RFC. Rugby is at the heart of most communities in Wales, so being a sponsor not only provides an income avenue to the club but also increases our visibility for us across the local community; supporting the importance of sport from young children to adults.
Gareth Ashman from Caerphilly RFC talks with so much passion and conviction for his club - he believes there are many long-term benefits that sport provides to the wider community, in particular, "a sense of belonging, lifelong friendships, and a community to fall back on in difficult times."
