Recruitment Consultant - Vetro Care
I successfully completed my PGCE in 2013 and have worked in a variety of Welsh medium schools for over 6 years. I am originally from North Wales and a fluent welsh speaker. I decided to return to Wales after completing my Psychology BSc so that I could pursue a career in Education through the medium of Welsh. Whilst working within education I gained valuable experiences with children with various additional emotional and learning needs. My Psychology degree became invaluable in understanding various methods of supporting individuals within schools and during my time as a 1:1 Teaching Assistant.
Before studying Psychology at Chester University I spent 5 months in Botswana. Whilst in Botswana I taught primary school children during the week with an emphasis on English language development and Economics. During the weekends I spent my time supporting young orphans with their communication and socialisation skills. Following my travels, I went to study Psychology with an emphasis on Understanding Developmental Differences, Cognitive and Behavioural Psychology.
Recruiting in the Social care sector has inspired a passion within me to support the fantastic individuals who dedicate their lives to the sector.
