Suitably experienced Deputy Manager required for a 4 bed residential service working with young people with physical and learning disabilities - the home has a very stable staff team and we are looking to add a Deputy to the service due to a new young person that required some additional care requirements
You will work with the Registered Manager managing the team (14 staff) and deputise for the Registered Manager when required
Successful Deputy Manager applicants must have a full clean UK driving licence and be able to work on a shift/rota basis including evenings, weekends to fulfil the role.
Possessing the Level 3 Diploma in either the Children and Young People's Workforce or Health and Social Care is essential for the Deputy role.
At least 1 years experience in a similar management position within Children's residential care would be desirable and will consider applicants from both an adults and children's services background for these roles.
