New Charge Nurse Opportunity in Mansfield!
Vetro have a fantastic new opportunity for a Registered Charge Nurse RMN/RNLD for a service in Mansfield for persons with Learning Disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Challenging Behaviours and Mental Health concerns. Along with extensive benefits, the salary for this full time role will range from £37,000 to £38,760, depending on experience.
About the role:
As a Charge Nurse you will be working within a team that includes a range of professionals.You will work within an identified career development pathway and be expected to complete appropriate competency development portfolio. The service is part of our client's Learning Disability and Autism division and is a registered care service which embraces and balances the management of risk with comfort, homeliness, dignity, respect and choice. The service is for males and females with learning disabilities, autism and sensory and communication impairments. They are specialists in working with complex needs and behaviours which appear to challenge services.
Requirements:
RMN/RNMH/RNLD (Essential)
Recognised Mentorship certification (Desirable)
NVQ Assessor Qualification (Desirable)
