I have a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager to join a small residential care and education provider with ambitious growth plans. They are looking to open a brand new home in the Stockbridge / Andover area of Hampshire.
This exciting role is to be fully involved in the set up of the home, including the recruitment of a full staff team and managing referrals. You will manage the Children's Residential home following the organisations ethos, offering support, understanding and therapeutic intervention to the children and young people you look after.
Salary: up to £32,000 - £36,000
Location: Stockbridge / Andover area of Hampshire
Hours: Full time

The role of Children's Home Manager offers the opportunity for a candidate already in a registered manager position, looking for a new opportunity in an ambitious organisation, with the children and quality at the heart of their values and a dedicated leadership team with the vision to inspire and support young people to lead happy and successful lives.
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people with EBD.
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
- NVQ Level 3 in Children’s Residential Services
- Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position
- Experience in a residential children's home environment
