Staff Nurse (RMN/RNLD)

I have a fantastic new Staff Nurse opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join the team at a 26-bed hospital in Durham which specialises in high dependency inpatient rehabilitation for women. Along with fantastic benefits and career development opportunities, the salary for this full-time role will be £35,380 per annum.
About the Role:
You will be working on the brand new 10 bed Acute Ward. You will have a passion for care to work in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Produce outstanding written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations.
Work closely with the management team to develop the service, audit, and improve quality.
Attend all training and engage in CPD to further knowledge & promote nursing.
Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives and other healthcare professionals.
Administer prescribed medicines with Healthcare procedure and Healthcare Commission guidelines.

Requirements:
You will be an experienced RMN/RNLD with a valid NMC Pin.
You will be open, compassionate, resilient and honest.
Capability to maintain documentation and undertake audits.
You will be well informed of the Mental Health Act 1983 & have an understanding of latest nursing practices.
Ability to deputise in a clinical lead role.
You will be focused on patient recovery to monitor, manage & reduce risk.
You will help to empower & support service user independence.
The ability to deputise in a clinical lead role.
An interest in leadership, research and assessment.
Experience in Rehabilitation / Acute / Personality Disorders
