Clinical Manager (RMN / RNLD)

I have a fantastic new Clinical Manager opportunity for an experienced Mental Health Clinician / Registered RMN / RNLD. You will join the team at a 54 bed service in Colchester which provides a range of intensive support and rehabilitation services for men with learning disabilities, autism spectrum disorders or mental health needs.  Along with fantastic benefits, the salary for this full-time role will be £60,000 per annum.
About the Role:
You will be working 40  hours per week.
The aim across the 4 wards of this service is assessment, stabilisation, treatment and engagement, with a view to supporting service users in the least restrictive environment appropriate to their needs. The services are recovery-focused, with the aim of preparing individuals for a move to rehabilitation or step-down services, and ultimately, back into the community wherever possible.
Responsibilities:
To provide direction and contemporary initiatives to drive and embed effective clinical practice and leadership for care delivery.
To ensure that a safe environment is maintained at all times in accordance with Health and Safety regulations.
Be responsible for achieving and maintaining the highest standard of nursing care.
To ensure delivery of an optimum level of clinical and therapeutic care together with ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, quality standards and delivering against key performance indicators. 
You will play a key part in ensuring delivering the hospital strategy, providing operational and clinical leadership to the wider staff group in support of the Hospital Director and ensuring their departments operate within budget.
Requirements:
A qualification as a Mental Health Clinician / Registered RMN / RNLD with a valid NMC PIN.
Evidence completion of a leadership development programme.
Completed Clinical Supervision training.
Experience of leading teams and/or senior practice-base.
Experience of providing clinical and managerial supervision, offering support in making clear and consistent clinical decisions along with the ability to lead and motivate a nursing team effectively.
