The hospital provides 24/7 rehabilitation services for males and females who may be experiencing a range of mental health problems so the role itself would include offering support and care to patients at the hospital in order to assist their ongoing recovery, helping them improve and enabling them to achieve something today that they couldn’t do last week.
You will have experience of working as a healthcare assistant or Support worker in a similar setting and want to make a real difference to the lives of people struggling with their mental health.
The role can be quite challenging at times and therefore, a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are extremely important.
Hours & Pay
Night shift - 19:30pm-08:00am
£10 per hour inc holiday entitlement

Are you the ideal candidate?
The ideal candidate for the job has 6 months experience in a mental health setting, has a DBS on the update service and has TMVA or MAPA training.
