I have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager to join a solo, EBD children's residential service based in Kirkham.


The service is part of a well-established organisation that specialises in residential child care.


Responsibilities
  • Hold OFSTED registration
  • Manage staff team within service
  • Ensure the staff and young person are supported at all times
  • Ensure the service offers therapeutic care and support
  • Ensure the service is safe and efficient
  • Manage staffing and recruitment
  • Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards


Salary and Hours
  • £35,000
  • £20 per on call
  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm


Requirements
  • NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
  • Children's Registered Manager experience
