As a member of the residential care team, you will strive to bring out the best in every young person by supporting and guiding them in their daily lives.
This could be in the form of helping the young person at school, accompanying them to take part in an activity (walking, horse riding, trampolining, Duke of Edinburgh etc.) or simply assisting them in completion of general daily tasks, including morning and night time routines.
Shifts - 07:30-16:00 and late shifts - 15:30-22:00.
You will work a combination of early and late shifts as assigned by the house manager. We also offer the opportunity to earn an additional £35 for a sleep-in shift, as well as the possibility of overtime.
We are also looking for Senior Support and Team Leaders so please state your preference on your application (NVQ Level 3 in either health and social care or children and young people is essential for the Senior positions)
