I have a great opportunity for an experienced Children's Support Worker to join a well-established care provider that offers support to children and young people with challenging behaviours.

The service supports one young person with EBD and challenging behaviours in a residential care home in Southport.

Pay and shifts

OTE £28000
£10.80 per hour
+ £58 per sleep
1 on 2 off
10am - 10am, including sleep

Responsibilities

Support children with EBD and challenging behaviours
Provide a positive and therapeutic approach to support
Ensure the service operates within OFSTED standards
Ensure the young person is safe
Work with the staff team to ensure the young person has 24/7 support
Plan and participate in activities with the young people

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 Children and young people
Driver is desriable
Support Worker experience
