Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager looking for your next career move? I am currently recruiting for a National Children's provider for their 4 bedded family-style home based Mansfield, Nottingham.

The ideal candidate will provide a structured and nurtured environment for the Young People in the home, which are both medium to long term placements. 

Salary & Hours 


Up to £38,000 per annum plus up to £7,500 bonus scheme
39 hours per week with on-call duties when required 

Responsibilities


In your new role a Registered Manager, you will take complete responsibility for the running of the service provision.  The successful candidate will maintain and improve on the already high standards in the home in line with the company's expectations.
To provide leadership, support and direction for the well-established care team 
Working with professionals from a wide range of different disciplines, liaising with outside agencies and stakeholders, you will demonstrate professionalism and act as a role model for staff.
Managing budgets, recruitment and staff rostering 
Ensuring the health and emotional wellbeing of the Young People in your care are paramount in addition to liaising with multi-disciplinary teams and their families.

Requirements 

NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management
Full UK Driving licence and access to a vehicle
Experience in managing a children's residential service is essential, candidates without this experience will unfortunately not be considered.
