I am recruiting for a Domiciliary Care Manager to join an ambitious and growing organisation that offers home care services to the elderly and people living with Dementia.

You will be managing the service over the South Lakes area, which consists of Kendal, Ambleside and Windermere.

The service is currently rated OUTSTANDING by CQC.

Pay and Hours
  • Between £35,000 - £50,000, top-end will be for exceptional candidates
  • Full time, 40 hours a week
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities
  • Hold CQC registration
  • Manage staff team, consists of a Deputy, Senior Co-ordinators and Co-ordinators
  • Ensure the service continues to provide expert CQC standard care and support
  • Manage recruitment and staffing
  • Develop service, growing and taking on future business
  • Assist with BD and growth

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 5
  • Experience as a Deputy, or Registered Manager
  • Other care management experience can be considered too
