Team Leader / Senior Support Worker required to join a therapeutic residential service, based just outside of Wythenshawe, Cheshire - Ofsted rating for the service is Good

You will manage a team of Support Workers supporting Young People who have Physical and Learning Disabilities whilst on shift and carry out appraisals and provide support and guidance to the team

Salary and Hours
£23,000 - £26,000 depending on experience
37.5 hours a week on a rota basis
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in either the Children and Young People's Workforce or Health and Social Care is essential
  • At least 1 years experience in a similar management position within residential care would be desirable
  • Will consider applicants from both an adults and children's services background for this role
  • Car Drivers are essential for this role due to the rural nature of the service
