I am currently recruiting for a Children's Senior Support Worker to join a national organisation.
The role is to support children and young people who have learning disabilities, autism and challenging behaviours within a specialist residential setting.
The service is based in Widnes.
Pay
  • 39 hours
  • OTE - £27000
  • £9.75 per hour
  • + 68 per sleeps
Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert care and support to young people with learning disabilities
  • Work as part of the management team to ensure safe running of children's home
  • Ensure the service and care offered meets OFSTED standard
  • Work on shift basis
  • You will be supporting and caring for young people who may need personal care
  • Recording the young person's activity & reporting key aspects of their care
  • Promoting the young person's independence and developing their life skills
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People
  • Car Driver
  • Experience supporting Children in a residential setting
