I have a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Team Leader/Senior Support Worker to join a well-establiashed children's care home provider.
I am looking for a Team Leader to join a residential care staff that supports young people with EBD, in St Helens.
Salary and Hours
  • 2 on, 4 off, including sleeps
  • £9.75 per hour
  • £52.00 per sleep
  • Overtime at £10.62 after 160 hours

Responsibilities
  • Provide expert care for young people with EBD
  • Work with Manager to ensure the safe management of children's residential care
  • Work with Manager to ensure the service meets OFSTED standards
  • Lead and help train Support Staff
  • Be the link between support staff and management staff
  • Offer hands-on support to young people on shifts at home and in the community

To be considered for the role, you will need the following:
  • Experience as a Senior or Support Worker
  • Driving License and access to your own car
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People
