Are you a Registered NURSE RMN RNLD committed to making a positive change and delivering outstanding care?

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses RMN RNLD to work within a private hospital for adults with Mental Health problems and Learning Disabilities based in the Taunton area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a brand new ward.

About the Hospital:

Set within a rural location with acres of farmland where services users can enjoy the peaceful and tranquil surroundings, this 54 bed hospital provides specialist acute care to older service users with mental health problems and adults over 18 with complex learning difficulties.

The role:

This is a very busy service and work is offered on a block booking and ad-hoc basis. Whether you are looking for full-time work following a shift rota or if you prefer to work more flexibly, we can accommodate this.

Adhering to NMC guidelines and healthcare procedures, you will be required to ensure that individual care plans are complete and maintained, administer prescribed medications, produce written reports based on your nursing assessments and observations, work closely with the management team to audit, improve quality and develop the service.

About You:

You will be an experienced RMN/RNLD with current NMC PIN Number and enhanced DBS on the update service. If you do not currently have a DBS on the update service, we can help facilitate this for you. Due to the nature of the service, restraint training such as TMVA, PMVA, or MAPA is essential. Again, should you not already have this, we run regular restraint training courses.

Naturally, you will have a good understanding of the latest nursing practices with a commitment to patient recovery. Compassion, resilience and a dedication to empower and support service user independence will ensure your success within this role.

Vetro Nursing would love to hear from you to discuss this role further so please forward CV or get in contact today.
