37.5 hours per week (Monday - Friday / 9am - 5pm)

Working closely with the Head of Therapeutic Support, the school administrator / PA role is an exciting opportunity to work as an integral part of the administration team within a totally unique setting.
Located on a beautiful estate in Thornbury, near Bristol, this silver award winning Eco-School aims to provide pupils with a holistic education within a safe, secure and well-supported environment. They have superb facilities and provide pupils with an excellent academic education, as well as a wide range of therapies.
The primary function of the school administrator / PA role is to ensure all records relating to safeguarding, incidents and care plans are updated. Carry out all administrative duties as the PA to the Head of Therapeutic Support. Producing reports and analysis for internal meetings, attending and producing minutes for post incident meetings, liaising with external parties including parents and social workers, and supporting the planning of events at the school.
To be successful in the role of administrator, you will need to have the following:
- Accurate data inputting and typing skills
- Experience working in an admin role is essential
- High level of ICT skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in a Children's Home or school environment would be desirable
- Understanding of safeguarding & Positive Behavioural Support is desirable
