Salary: £35,000 - per annum plus mobile phone / laptop

About the role:

The role of Area HR Manager will be varied providing support to Senior Managers and HR Team ensuring all HR administration is completed. You will demonstrate superb communication skills with the ability to interact and relate to colleagues of all levels. Ensuring senior management are supporting their team members to maintain statutory compliance with regards to health & social care required training as well as enabling them to access courses that support professional development and internal promotion opportunities.

The HR and Organisational Development service is critical to the organisation achieving the best possible outcomes for a leading UK charity who support autistic adults by providing support and promoting independence, working as it does in close partnership with operational staff and managers to enable them to deliver outstanding front line and corporate support services.

About you:

  • Level 5 CIPD qualification in Human Resources Management or equivalent
  • Knowledge of CQC regulation would be advantageous
  • A highly organised approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Track record of successfully dealing with employment relations matters
  • Computer literacy including ability to learn new systems
  • Discretion when dealing with confidential staff and resident information.
  • Good time management skills and an ability to work under pressure
  • A warm and open personality
  • Able to visit other south west care provisions across Devon, Somerset and Bristol.
