We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, Assistant Manager for a Southampton based home for young people!
As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for helping the Registered Manager run the home, providing day to daycare for Young People, supporting them in activities, education and statutory meetings relating to their time in residential care. Working as a team, you will ensure the home is kept to a good standard in all aspects of house-keeping.
The candidate we are looking for will need to have held a driving license for at least three years and have no more than six points. You will ideally have a Level 3 qualification within Social Care or equivalent and a background as a senior childcare worker.
This role is to start as soon as possible. Standard working hours for this job role are 37.5 hours per week on a Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm basis.
