Working hours - Monday - Friday
Salary £25,000 + bonus

My client is currently looking for an experienced Call Centre Manager to join their Customer Service team, in order to lead from the front, ensuring that all Advisors provide the highest level of customer service and best practice to all customers.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Manager to join a busy and growing team - you will be rewarded with some great benefits, including NO WEEKEND WORKING!
Responsibilities will include, but aren't limited to;
- Ensuring the team deliver the highest level of customer service at all times
- Drive performance and efficiency in the team, by achieving and exceeding KPIs
- Recruitment of new staff
- Training of existing and new staff in the team
- Mentoring and coaching the team to monitor performance against KPIs
- Reporting any unacceptable levels of service, and following up where necessary
- Address any issues as and when they arise
