I am actively seeking an experienced Registered Mental Health Nurse looking for a Charge Nurse opportunity at a 20-bedded low secure mental health facility in offering high quality assessment, treatment and rehabilitation services for males with complex mental health needs, serious mental illnesses including treatment-resistant presentations, and challenging behaviour.

The role of the charge nurse is to provide senior nursing leadership to the ward nursing team in support of the Ward Manager and Hospital Director.

Overview:

• Location: Ystrad Rhondda
• Salary: £41,475 PLUS £3,000 Welcome Bonus!
• 37.5 hours per week

The candidate: What you'll need as a Charge Nurse:

• You need to be an RNMH with at least 2 years post qualification UK experience within a mental health setting
• You need to hold a valid NMC PIN
• Up-to-date training certificates
• UK Resident
• You need to have the right to work in UK
• Clean and clear DBS
