- Children's Home Registered Manager
- Managing a brand new children's home
- Managing a home for children and young people (OFSTED regulated)
- Overall responsibility for the operational management of the home ensuring that it operates to the highest professional and quality standards
- Overseeing the day to day running of the home
- Ensure the service is compliant with OFSTED and company standards
- Leading and managing staff so they can perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability
- Managing budgets and contracts
- Manage safeguarding reports
- Manage referrals
- Making strategic decisions about the future and growth of your home
- Full time, permanent contract, on call duties
- Southport based
Pay:
- £45,000 - £50,000
About you:
- 2 years experience in a registered managers position, or as a deputy manager
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
- NVQ Level in leadership and management
