Children's Registered Home Manager

We are looking for a passionate, enthusiastic, and driven Registered Manager to join a growing children's residential care home provider.
You will have an exciting opportunity to open a brand new home, building your own staff team with the help of the service's RI.
Job Details:
- Children's Registered Home Manager
- Managing a new residential care home for children and young people
- Working alongside the RI to ensure the home is a safe and therapeutic environment to create positive outcomes for the young people supported within the home
- You will register with OFSTED, and therefore be responsible for the day to day management of the home and ensuring the service is compliant with OFSTED
- Recruit, manage, develop and supervise staff team
- Assist with the opening of service
- Full-time, permanent position, on-call duties
- Sheffield based
Pay Details:
- Up to £55,000
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
- Deputy or Registered management experience
- NVQ Level 3 in children and young people
