Are you a Children's Home Manager looking to for a new job?
Vetro Recruitment has a rare opportunity for a Children's Home Registered Manager to join a passionate and supportive team of managers working in one of Wales's leading Children's Residential Service providers in the Rhondda Cynon Taff (RCT) area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day running of a home for young people with emotional behavioural difficulties.
Salary: £33,000 - 38,000
Location: Rhondda Cynon Taff (RCT)
Hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per week, 8am - 4pm (flexible)
Contract Type: Permanent
The role of Children's Home Manager offers the opportunity for a candidate already in a registered manager position, looking for a new opportunity in an ambitious organisation, with the children at the heart of their values and a dedicated leadership team with the vision that "every child matters".
The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for young people with EBD.
- NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People
- Experience working within a Deputy or Registered Manager's position
- Experience in a residential children's home environment
