Job Details:
  • Children's Registered Home Manager
  • OFSTED regulated service, currently has a GOOD rating, the new Registered Manager will be responsible for ensuring the service aims to get an OUTSTANDING rating
  • The service supports up to 3 young people 
  • The service specialises in support for children and young people with EBD and challenging behaviours
  • The home is based in Huddersfield
  • It's a full-time, permanent contract, Monday - Friday, 9-5
Company Details:
  • Working for a large residential care home provider
  • Specialising in therapeutic support to young people
  • Have internal HR, Recruitment, Trainer, Maintenance departments, to ensure all services are supported and can provide expert support to young people
  • Supporting SMT, to help develop services
      • £35,000 - £45,000
      • + Bonuses

      • NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management
      • Deputy or Registered Manager experience
