I am recruiting for either an experienced Children's Registered Manager or a Deputy with 2+ years of experience. The role I am recruiting for is to manage an OFSTED regulated children's residential care home that specialises in support for children with EBD. The home is a 2 bedded home, rated GOOD by OFSTED and is based in Sheffield.

 You will have the children and quality at the heart of your values, and the vision to inspire and support the young people to lead happy and successful lives.

The ideal candidate for this position will have strong leadership and managerial skills and experience leading within a residential home for children & young people with EBD.

Salary: Up to £40,000 + up to £8500 in bonuses.
Location: Sheffield,
Hours: Full-Time, Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
Contract Type: Permanent
As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the management of a children's residential care home that supports and cares for children with EBD. You will hold OFSTED registration, manage the staff team, ensuring all support meets OFSTED standards, whilst also leading on all safeguarding concerns and ensuring the service is compliant and a safe/therapeutic environment for children to thrive.

Key skills and qualifications
  • Experience managing Ofsted regulated services
  • NVQ Level 5
