I’m recruiting on behalf of a provider that specialise in residential support for young people with Special Education, Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs. I’m looking to recruit Children’s Residential Support Workers, and there are currently multiple vacancies in the Wisbech area.
Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 (including average sleep ins per week)
Location: Wisbech, Cambs 
Hours: Full time - 172 hours per month
Shift Pattern: Across 7 days, 10-12 hour shifts + sleep in shifts
**Due to the nature of the role, my client can only accept candidates that drive and have their own vehicle**

  • Meeting the needs of the Children and Young People
  • Organising and facilitating Social Activities (out of school
  • Maintaining the home (laundry, cleaning shopping etc.)
  • Being a companion, role model and professional parent to the young people
  • Experience as a Children’s Support Worker, or with Young People is desirable but NOT essential
  • You MUST be a driver as you will be required to transport the young people from time to time
  • You MUST be over the age of 21
  • NVQ or QCF level 3 in Children & Young People is desirable but NOT essential
