Looking to speak to individuals looking to develop their careers within Children’s Residential Services.
Working within a 4 bedded residential home in Warrington, this role is perfect for Support Workers looking for the next step in their career.
Supporting children and young people ages 6-18 with EBD and Challenging behaviours, the role is focused on developing the emotional, physical and mental health of the children.
As an RSW your day-to-day role will be focused on providing the best care and support to an individual child, with the focus on developing their individual needs and independence.
Working alongside senior support staff, and management teams, you will be supported and committed to ensuring safeguarding is upheld and the independence of the child is developed.
Pay and hours:
- £20,000- £23,000 basic salary (non-inclusive of sleep)
- £55 per sleep (an additional £6,000 per annum)
- 2 on 4 off shift pattern (10 working days per month!)
- Full-time, permanent position
- NVQ L3 Children and Young People (desirable)
- Driver (desirable)
- Experience within a Children's Residential Service
