We are actively seeking experienced Support Workers to join our team at Vetro Recruitment, working within a residential home in the Cwmbran area. This service offers 24 hour residential care and support for children with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Supporting young people in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, you can enable them to develop socially, emotionally, and behaviourally in a setting where they feel safe and cared for. The role is challenging but incredibly rewarding! You will be committed, passionate, and able to engage, encourage, and mentor the young people, whilst having a whole lot of fun!

Getting paid to do arts and crafts, baking, football and cinema trips are a great perk of the job!

This is an incredible opportunity for a children's residential support worker to work in a beautiful children’s residential service supporting young people between the ages of 8 – 16

You will provide therapeutic care and support to patients, which includes observing, monitoring, and keeping a record of patient conditions, treating each person with idignity, compassion, and honesty. 

Immediate starts available. 

Pay: £10.37 per hour
Location: Cwmbran
Hours: Full time and Part time hours avaliable (shift pattern is flexible, a mixture of sleep-ins, weekdays/weekends) 
Shift Pattern: 7.30am – 11pm / 10am - 10pm / 11pm - 8am / sleeps
