Vetro Recruitment are recruiting for a new Manager to join a well established organisation that specialises in care for Children and Young People.
The Manager will operate as a Supernumerary Manager, supporting two Registered Manager's, in the management and running of two residential services.
The services that you will be supporting will be based in the Rossendale area.
The services care and support up to 10 Children and young people in residential settings. The ages of 7 and 19, who may have a history of trauma, self harm, neglect and abuse, leading to challenging behaviours.
It will be your aim to support and help manage the services alongside the Registered Managers.
The homes are currently rated GOOD by OFSTED and it will be your responsibility for ensuring the services meet OFSTED standards.
Salary is between £38,000 - £42,000/
Hours - Monday to Friday, 9-5 with a degree of flexibility that comes with this type of role.
To be considered you will need a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for residential childcare (or equivalent) and have experience managing within the childcare residential setting.
