We are looking for happy, kind and funny Support Workers to join a Children's Home in Tadley. This job role is working with young people aged between 7-19 years old.

The children like to do lots of activities like going shopping, going to the arcade and going to the seaside. They also like swimming, gymnastics and playing with their dolls.

The young people don't all like the same things and you don't have to either! They just need you to support them with the choices they make.

You will need to be able to work a variety of shifts to help throughout the day, working between 7am and 10pm and averaging 37.5 hours a week. You'll need to be available to support through the weekend too. Only day shifts are required for this role.

The young people have been diagnosed with autism and other learning difficulties. They may have difficulties with communicating and can be challenging at times. Qualifications and experience are advantageous, however, you will be working within a supportive team who are happy to assist with training.

If you think you are able to make a difference to the lives of these young people, please apply now!

In Return you will receive:

-Enhanced disclosure cost coverage

-Comprehensive induction and commitment to ongoing training including Qualifications in Health and Social care

-A generous annual leave entitlement

-Online benefits and cashback rewards

-Cycle to work scheme

-Dental Insurance

-Travel Insurance

-Health Cash Plan

-SMART Pension option
