We have an excellent opportunity for a committed Support worker to join a supportive team within a residential school in the New Forest area of Hampshire.
Due to the location of the unit, car drivers are required.
This unit is home to up to 60 young people aged 5-19 years, with emotional, social and mental health difficulties. They may also have complex needs associated with Autistic spectrum disorders.
Due to the needs of the young people, behaviours that challenge may be displayed.

This unit has been rated as outstanding in 2017's Ofsted report so we are looking for exceptional candidates that can maintain this fantastic record.
The shift pattern is based on early, late & weekend shifts. You will also be required for sleep in duties.
Your role will be to effectively support with the care and education of the young people. Ensuring the welfare, well-being and security throughout your shift.
This role will also require you to work as a team to ensure the house keeping is maintained to an adequate standard.
