Client Support Administrator


Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Salary £18,000

Summary of the job;

  • Provide timely, accurate administrative support to the sales team
  • Provide sales and operational support to customers, act as point of contact where appropriate and help develop customer relationships
  • Prepare documents for clients such as quotations, and invoices
  • Ensure CRM is accurate and up to date and client communications are recorded
  • Maintain and develop relationships with clients
  • Teamwork both within the commercial team and with the rest of the business
  • Prompt, accurate data entry and preparation of quotations and invoices for clients
  • Responding to client requests promptly
  • Provide accurate and complete information to clients
  • Recording sales activities and client correspondence on CRM
  • To help ensure that the organisation understands and satisfies the customer's requirements
  • Implement the requirements of the company Quality Management System


  • Be able to work as part of a team and use own initiative
  • Experience of delivering excellent customer service
  • Provien working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Ability to organise and prioritise workload
  • Good organisational skills
  • Ability to deliver work to deadlines
  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships (internally and externally)
