Working hours 8:30am - 5pm Monday - Friday

£17,650 + up to £1,750 bonus paid quarterly + excellent benefits


  • To provide excellent customer service to all external and internal customers
  • To aim for first time resolution for all our callers
  • To provide an efficient service
  • To process all orders with 100% accuracy
  • To keep customers informed of order status by telephone
  • Ensure Data Protection and Confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • To ensure compliance with the Company Quality Policy
  • Any other duties deemed reasonable and necessary by management

Essential Skills.

  • Proven track record of customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • To be able to work in a team environment
  • The ability to learn new skills quickly and attention to detail is a must
  • Time management
  • Previous knowledge of SAGE or similar packages would be an advantage
  • Strong understanding of all Microsoft Packages Previous Experience.
  • Working in a fast paced customer service environment
  • Use to dealing with large call volumes, both inbound and outbound
  • Experience of managing telephony duties with administration tasks
  • Experience in relating to all generations, putting the customer at the heart of the journey
