About the Job
Vetro Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Deputy Care Manager to support people with Learning Disabilities / Complex Needs in Burnham-on-sea, you will be responsible for leading outstanding care and management of residential services, ensuring individual outcomes are met for people with autism. As a Deputy Manager you will promote and demonstrate excellence in support and care for the people supported. As well as supporting the team and assisting the Registered Manager to ensure compliance to CQC standards is achieved.
We need you to be resilient, supportive and able to motivate a team. You'll have a working knowledge of care standards and related legislation and have good report writing skills.
Hours of work: Your working pattern is over a seven day rota with a mixture of mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
Requirements: You will need to hold your level 3 care diploma / equivalent alongside experience within a residential setting as a senior support worker / deputy.
