£19,000 - £26,000.00 p.a. (depending on experience)

Vetro Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a leading care provider, we are seeking a Deputy Manager for a specialised day centre focused on providing accessible and person centred education, vocational opportunities and employment support for people on the autism spectrum. The role would suit a Deputy Manager or an experienced Senior Support Worker looking for the next step in their career.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be providing support to autistic adults enabling each individual achieve their goals and access activities within the community. Each individual has a tailored support plan and activity plan which promotes their community involvement and engagement, based on their individual support needs and abilities. You'll be working with autistic adults and their families. You will also support your team and assist the Registered Manager to ensure the support plans are implemented and the service is compliant with CQC standards.

Requirements: You will need to hold your level 3 care diploma / equivalent qualification alongside proven experience in supporting a team at a senior level.

Your working pattern will be over a seven-day rota with a mixture of mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
