We are looking to appoint a Deputy Manager to join a Children's Residential home in Banbury, Oxfordshire. The organisation specialises in working with Young People and their families with complex needs.
- Location: Banbury, Oxfordshire
- Salary: £27,000 - £28,750 p/annum Dependant on experience
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
- Permanent full time position
In your new role as Deputy Manager, you will be expected to work in conjunction with the Registered Manager and to deputise for them during their absence. This will include all aspects of the day-to-day running including promoting and safeguarding the Young People's welfare.
The company is a leading provider of Children's Residential Homes and prides themselves on their aim to empower Young People to improve their lives with outstanding outcomes.
They have comprehensive experience in providing specialist, welfare and educational based support and guidance to Young People in various settings.
The Successful Candidate
- QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent
- Supervisory experience in a similar setting
- Full U.K driving licence
- Experience in using Microsoft software
