We are recruiting for a like minded and enthusiastic Deputy Manager to join a large Childrens organisation for a two bedded home in Snowdon. The home provides residential care and education for young people with social, emotional and mental health needs. The young people are cared for and nurtured from values obtained from the House Model of Parenting and you can apply these methods by obtaining the knowledge and skills from the companies extensive training programme.

Deputy Home Manager

  • Annual salary: Up to £25,500.00 dependent on experience

  • Permanent full-time role

  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People is required for this role - or working towards a Level 5 in Leadership & Management

Requirements

  • In order to be considered for this role you require a full UK driving licence and previous experience in a similar setting.
