I have a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative and growing organisation that is offering a unique approach to holistic therapy and counseling.

The service offers round the clock, digital, mental health platform that offers free support and advice to young adults (13-24), from experienced industry professionals, 

This platform is solution-focused, influenced by CBT, the aim is that experienced therapists can work with the user, promoting holistic mental health well-being, encouraging users to be pragmatic, giving them access to support, tools, and activities that will help with their mental health well being.

As the service is an online platform, this role will be home-based. 

As you will be the Head Therapist/Psychologist you will manage a team of therapists, being responsible for the service being given, that it is effective and safe. 

Pay - £50,000 - £80,000, DOE

Hours - Monday - Friday, 9-5
Location - Home-based

Responsibilities - 
  • Clinical leadership of an online mental health platform
  • Ensure service given is effective, safe and meets company aims and ethos
  • Policy and procedure development as service grows and expand
  • Lead a team of Therapists/Psychologists
  • Risk management
  • Lead on safeguarding issues
  • Recruitment and onboarding
  • Service development 
  • Monitor performance of service

To be considered
  • Doctoral-level training in Counselling or HCPC registered in Clinical Psychology or Masters/Doctorate in Psychotherapy
  • Experience working with young adults with mental health issues
  • Experience supporting and leading a team of psychologists/therapist
