Hostel Worker / Support Worker

I am recruiting hostel workers to work with a team to support individuals who are homeless or have alcohol and drug misuse issues. This is an opportunity for a Hostel Worker who wants to make a difference working with a large service across the Merseyside area.

The Role

As a hostel worker you will be expected to carry out room checks, make sure people are correctly signed in and out, liaise with other services such as emergency services whilst making sure that the service users are safe and well at all times.

The role will span across different locations across the Merseyside area.

Proven experience in the health and social care sector is preferred for this role as is having NVQ or QCF level 2.

The Salary / Benefits

The rate of pay for this role is between £8.00 - £9.00 per hour depending on experience and this will be paid weekly.

There is also an opportunity to receive a permanent contract with this service.
