We are currently looking for a Housing Night Support Officer to work at a well established Housing Association in St Helen's!

Purpose of the Role:


To assist the Support Manager in the running of the accommodation provision and provide an efficient housing support service to the residents as a member of the housing team.

Responsibilities:


Housing Management and admin, resident support, maintenance, team work,
Ensure all files and records are kept up to date, check rent accounts chasing up arrears and solving queries.
To conduct interviews of applicants


To deal with complaints from residents, to deal with breaches of tenancy by residents, to empathise and support residents feelings and attitudes, report any damages.


To support residents with exit strategies and assist when moving on, to assist with external appoints for residents including GP appointments etc.

You will work as part of a team and report to the service manager
3 Nights a week - 9pm - 9am
Location: St Helen's

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Experience within a similar setting is desirable.
  • Experience within a Care / Support position is essential
