This is a fantastic opportunity for a Registered Manager looking for the "next challenge" to join a senior leadership team to support the development and ongoing quality of services and make your mark on a top quality service for adults with autism and facilitate effective working relationships with other agencies who are involved in the lives of the people supported.
About the Employer:
The purpose of the UK charity is to improve the lives of autistic people to transform lives, supporting autistic adults to live as self-sufficiently as possible. The organisation have a number of care & support services across the region. From residential settings and supported living services empowering those supported to explore and engage with their local community and build independence.
About the Job:
As Lead Registered Manager you will lead a team in developing and providing creative and responsive support packages to people with autism in a variety of services. Alongside business planning cycle, specifying ongoing improvements and any required developments. You will be a key driving force in leading the development and maintenance of effective working relationships with people supported, their relatives and advocates and commissioners
- You will have proven experience of working as a Registered Manager with either learning disability or mental health background. It would be desirable if you have worked in the autism sector but not essential.
- You will hold a Diploma Level 4/5 or equivalent level of qualification knowledge of care planning and standards relating to social care.
- Full UK Driving Licence
Your working patterns will be flexible to the needs of the services and may involve some shift working.
Competitive salary at £34000 - £40,000 per annum
