Your job will be to work within a 180-strong team, to provide care and support 52 weeks of the year to up to 30 students with complex learning disabilities. Due to the nature of the disabilities, the young people may also have additional needs such as autism, epilepsy, self-injury, aggression and general disruptive behaviours.
Our client is seeking support for the students and strives to have an exceptional staff team to run alongside their 'outstanding' Ofsted status. The homes and school have a fantastic 'family feel' If you would like to become an established member of this 'working family' this may be the ideal role for you!
