Vetro Recruitment are currently looking for Waking Night Support Workers for one of the UK's leading support services who support young people and adults with complex learning needs aged 18-65. We are looking for full-time and part time permanent Night Support Workers to join residential care / supported living teams across North Somerset.

You will be working with a leading UK charity for autistic people, providing support and promoting independence for adults with autism. As a Night Support Worker you will be responsible for staying awake and alert throughout the night shift, remaining in the home at all times and be fully available throughout the night to attend to the individual needs of those supported, ensuring they have a restful night.

This is a great opportunity to start a career offering induction and ongoing training (where you will complete your level 3 in Care) and are genuinely changing people's lives whilst joining an award winning team in the process. Whether you have a background in retail, cleaning or you are a recent graduate, a parent / carer looking to return to work we want to hear from you!

Full Time and Part Time jobs available, your working pattern will be covered over 7 days on fixed rota, to include regular time off but flexibility is needed.

A full driving licence and access to transport are essential.
